Weekend Retreats and Multi-Day Adventure Workshops:
- Deposits for weekend and multi-day workshops are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Refunds for Paid In Full Balances
- Cancellations Within 30 Days of Event: If the entire balance has been paid and you cancel within 30 days of the event, everything minus the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations Within 15 Days of Event: If you cancel within 15 days of the event, half of everything minus the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Event: Cancellations made 48 hours before the event or less are subject to no refund due to logistical costs.

- Trip insurance is highly recommended for all participants. Life happens—whether it’s unexpected illness, family emergencies, or travel disruptions beyond your control. Since workshop and retreat costs are non-refundable after a certain point, having trip insurance protects your investment and gives you peace of mind knowing you’re covered if plans change unexpectedly. It ensures that even if the unforeseen happens, you won’t miss out financially on the adventure you were looking forward to.
- Because these events are small and often sell out, please only register if you are confident you can attend.
One-Day Workshops:
- Refunds will only be provided if both the original and backup dates are completely rained out, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Alternatively, you can choose to apply your funds toward a future workshop of your choice and forego the processing fees.
Before You Reserve…
One-Day Workshops are intentionally kept small and often sell out months in advance. Because of the limited seats and planning involved, registrations are non-refundable unless of a weather event.
If you’re unable to attend, you may:
• Transfer your spot to another participant, or
• Apply your credit toward a future workshop
If your spot is filled from the waitlist, I will gladly refund your payment minus the 10% processing fee.
Digital Downloads & Gift Cards:
- All sales of digital downloads and gift cards are final and non-refundable.
